More shopping and other things.

Well, after chilling out online earlier for a bit and watching a little TV. My mother and I went out shopping again.
She said she wanted to get me a present so she got me these...gorgeous aren't they!!!

When we got home we had Chinese food for dinner and then I watched the Simpsons and the Friends double bill on E4. Mum bought a foot spa today as well so we thought we'd have a go at that...soooo relaxing.
After watching Colin & Justin's: How Not To Decorate. I went and put the Scissor Sisters album on and did my mum's hair for her. I gave her a nice hair cut and coloured her hair for her as I felt like pampering her a bit. Her hair looks really nice and mum told me she loves it....glad of that.
Now got Jack Dee's Happy Hour on TV. What I find funny is that it's not exactly happy because Jack Dee is always putting on this moody attitude and it's not on for an hour either.

Anyway I've had a few drinks now and I think I'm in the wrong frame of mind to be writing an entry, as you can probably tell by the Jack Dee comments.

Sooooo.....

Well I got up early this morning so I could get myself ready for an interview I had at 11:30. My mother was good enough to take me there, so I wouldn't have to try and find the place myself as I'm crap at finding places I've never been before.
The interview went well and I begin a training course on Tuesday. After that mother and I went and did a spot of shopping and got a few little bits and bobs and then I took her to lunch. After than we went and did a little more shopping then headed home.
I bought the Lionel Richie & The Commodores Definitive Collection today so I've been listening to that (I give it a total thumbs up by the way I suggest everyone go out and get a copy)

Ah Well just sat online chilling out a bit at the moment then I think I'll go clear up a bit and have some dinner.
It's been a rather positive day really. Well until I got home and saw some rubbish on the internet.

Some pathetic woman and her family are suing Michael Jackson because their mother-in-law died in hospital while he was there being treated as well. How they can blame him for her popping her clogs after having a heart attack I don't know. I think those people are scum trying to profit off of others misfortune and I hope they burn in hell to be perfectly honest.

Friggin hell, I have had way too much caffeine today in a bid to help stay awake. Wanna know just how much? Lets just say if I was a man I'd be buzzing my nuts off right about now!!

Scissor Sisters....

Well I dug out my Scissor Sisters album the other day so my mum could have a listen. I've now rediscovered their brilliance. I am so feeling their album again and really don't think there is a single bad track on the whole album.

So been listening to them to help keep me alert since I earlier decided that strong coffee was a better option than sleep. I might regret that tonight though as I have to go out. So it's going to be a long day trying to stay focused enough not to fall asleep.

As a little side note though. Daytime television friggin sucks!

The beginning of everything else...

OK...so this is my very first post on my Blog.
It's 7:30am or roundabouts and the date is 24/02/2005

I'm sat here pretty much just staring at the screen of my laptop and every so often looking over to the TV. I've not been to bed yet and am debating whether to just go make a strong cup of coffee and just stay up. Or go crash out and get a little sleep before I continue with the day. See what difficult decisions I have to make, bet you're glad you aren't me eh? Anyhoo.. With this being my first entry I'm not really sure of what to say (to point out the obvious) I'm wondering about whats going to happen for the rest of the week in the Michael Jackson case. He's been looking real sharp and totally confident at his court appearances. Every bit the man who knows he's innocent.
Got the latest issue of Glamour magazine resting on the arm of the sofa. Open to a feature about men and their sex diaries..interesting. I very much doubt I'll be discussing any of my sexcapades on this diary though....Ah well I'm off to work out how to use some photo publishing software I'm such a dumbass when it comes to that sort of thing.

More to come and I promise at least some of it will be interesting.
